What we do
미소파출 is a paid job placement business registered with the local government. We introduce and connect businesses and job seekers in four fields: restaurants and food service, cafeterias and catering, cleaning and janitorial work, and general support for companies, factories and events.
미소파출 does not employ workers and send them out. Working conditions are agreed between the hiring business and the job seeker, and wages are paid by the hiring company. 미소파출's role is consultation, introduction, and checking that both sides' conditions match.
First-time users just need to make one phone call. No sign-up is needed — tell us your conditions and a counselor will check them and find a matching person or job.

How we consult
We work in five steps, from inquiry to follow-up after work.
Inquiry
Contact us by phone or through the inquiry page, and a counselor will review the details first.
Confirming conditions
We ask about the work, date and hours, area, number of people and pay terms one by one, and fill in anything missing together.
Consultation
Businesses discuss their situation, and job seekers their experience and availability, with a counselor — by phone or in person.
Introduction & matching
We introduce matching people to businesses and work. Working conditions are confirmed and agreed between the business and the job seeker.
Follow-up after work
If conditions changed or anything was inconvenient after work, let your counselor know. We reflect it in the next introduction.

We confirm conditions first
We first ask about and confirm the work, date and hours, area and pay terms. Clear conditions mean no wasted trips for anyone.
A real person consults with you
When an inquiry comes in, a counselor reviews it and contacts you directly at the number you left.
We tell you what we can't do
Work we don't introduce — such as construction day labor, heavy loading/unloading, or specialized cleaning requiring professional equipment — is made clear from the start.
